COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES
The Good Shepherd congregation wants its building to be used by the community. If you are looking for a place to meet or for a place to hold any type of activity - we would like to help! It does not have to be a traditional "church" activity. We currently have self help groups, neighborhood groups, and a karate class using the building. The Wood County Food Co-op, the Wood County Community Service Council, and Habitat for Humanity are jujst some of the groups that use Good Shepherd as a meeting place.
Call us at (304) 428-1525 or stop by the office Monday through Thursday and we can help arrange scheduling.
Depending on the activity, there may be a fee for the use of the building. These fees are very reasonable and are often waived for new activities.
