Adult Chancel Choir
One of the most visible groups at Good Shepherd is the Chancel Choir, which provides music for the 10 a.m. worship service and other special services throughout the year.
Choir practice is at 5 p.m. Wednesday and at 9:15 a.m. Sunday.
Anyone who would like to serve God through choral music is invited to join us, and we're always looking for new singers. You don't need a background or training in singing or even be able to read music. If you enjoy singing, come and join us. We have a great time working together to praise God through music.
What may not be obvious to the casual observer is that the choir becomes a family, or a small group, because of the hours of practice and the comaraderie of working together to create something that no one person can make happen.
If you would like to be a part of this effort, you can one of the following: call the church office and let Ginger know of your interest, talk with Brad Ritchie, Choir Director before or after any service, or come to the choir room on a Wednesday night at 5 p.m.
