About us
The Memorial Church of the Good Shepherd is an Episcopal Church in the Diocese of West Virginia. We are located at 903 Charles Street, Parkersburg, West Virginia. All are welcome to worship, and all baptized Christians are welcome to receive Holy Communion.

In addition to ministering to the needs of our parishioners, Good Shepherd is dedicated to serving our community. In fact, our Parish Mission Prayer reaffirms our desire to do Christ's work to those who are in need:
Lord Jesus Christ, we believe we you are leading us to grow in faith and knowledge of you; to carry forward the Gospel message of love and forgiveness, to reach out as your hands to those in need, especially in our neighborhood, and to broaden and deepen our love for one another. With grateful hearts for this Parish and its people, we pray for the Holy Spirit's continued guidance, as we seek to do your will, and bring you honor and glory. Amen.
