Good Shepherd strives to educate members and prospective members about Christianity through a variety of avenues. One example is the Adult Forum, which takes place from 9:15-10 a.m. every Sunday in the Great Hall.
When you think about Christian Formation, fun is probably the last thing that crosses your mind. At Good Shepherd, we incorporate a fun and friendly approach to teaching our parishioners about the life of Jesus Christ. From our Mardi Gras celebration that kicks off the Lenten Season, to the Sunday Adult Forum that strives to educate guests about aspects of the Bible, this program provides a gateway for people to enjoy the company of fellow parishioners and deepen their knowledge of the Chrisian faith.
If you would like to be a part of the team that plans these fun events, contact Mother Marjorie Bevans.
The Next Generation
Good Shepherd understands that having an educated youth is crucial to maintaing a healthy church family. We strive to have our children involved in the everyday life of the church, and instill the value of Christian living in them early on in their church lives.
